The News/Media Alliance submitted comments on October 31 in response to the Postal Regulatory Commission’s Notice of Proposed Rulemaking related to USPS service performance and customer satisfaction reporting. The Alliance is generally supportive of the proposals, which will enhance the transparency of the service performance reports; however, the Alliance also offered some additional proposed recommendations.
